Lisa A. DiMonte
With over 32 years of experience in the court reporting and litigation support space, Lisa DiMonte serves as Chief Executive Officer for MyLegal.com. Lisa began her career as a court reporter in 1977 and founded L.A.D. Reporting in May of 1990. Over the next 15 years, L.A.D. Reporting grew to become the largest independently owned court reporting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, with seven offices throughout the Baltimore, Washington and Northern Virginia areas. In July of 2005, L.A.D. Reporting & Digital Videography was acquired by an international firm, where Lisa became the President of the company's Mid-Atlantic Division.  After a second acquisition, Lisa later became the General and Sales Manager for the company's Mid-Atlantic Region. Lisa’s savvy business sense and knowledge of the legal industry has earned her the respect of litigation support professionals and attorneys around the globe. Lisa has served on a number of local and national court reporting boards and committees and has also provided training to court reporters, videographers, attorneys, paralegals and secretaries in the area of realtime and litigation technology.

Kathy D. DiLorenzo
With over 28 years in the court reporting business, Kathy is Vice President of Business Development for MyLegal.com. She began her career as a freelance court reporter in 1981, moving into a specialized area of the profession, broadcast captioning for network television, in 1986. Kathy is a recognized pioneer in the closed-captioning business, having developed and implemented the educational and training programs that are still used today to train the thousands of captioners who provide live captions for broadcast and cable television programming. In 2002, the Allegheny County Community College in Pittsburgh named its state-of-the-art caption training lab in her honor. She co-authored “Realtime Captioning…the VITAC Way,” a manual that is still used today as a recognized training tool within the captioning industry. Kathy returned to the business of court reporting in 2002 as Vice President of National Reporter Relations for an international company and served in that role until 2008. In 2008, she was hired as the Director of National Reporter Relations, with responsibility for 900-plus court reporters nationwide. Kathy has served in a volunteer capacity on numerous committees, task forces, and strategic planning groups at the state and national levels within the court reporting profession. From 2007-2008, Kathy served as the President of the 23,000-member National Court Reporters Association headquartered in Vienna, Virginia. Having given hundreds of presentations and workshops over the course of her career, Kathy is a nationally recognized speaker within her profession. She has been interviewed by local, state, and national media, including CNN and National Public Radio.
